OM GALLERI ATHENE
Galleri Athene er et av Norges store privateide gallerier og har nylig flyttet til Schwenckegata 5 i sentrum. Galleriet er på 2 etager og rommer utstillingssal og kollektivsal hvor galleriets faste kunstnere fremvises, Det er også rammeavdeling, samt rammeverksted.
Vi rammer inn bilder for både galleriet og for kunder.
Galleriets fokus er mangfold og kvalitativ, original kunst fra Norge og resten av verden. Her finner du kunsthåndverk, originalgrafikk, maleri og skulptur.
Stilene i galleriet spenner fra klassisk figurativ kunst til moderne nonfigurativ kunst.
Hver første lørdag i måneden, er det åpning av månedens separatutstilling. Her finner man alt fra etablerte nasjonale og internasjonale kunstnere til unge, særdeles dyktige med en spennende fremtid foran seg.

Galleri Athene is one of Norway's larger privately owned galleries and is located in Schwenckegata 5 in the centre of Drammen. the gallery is two floors and consists of the main hall with appr. 11 exhibitions a year, the collective hall, where the gallery's permanent artists are represented, and the framery. We frame images for both the gallery and for customers.
The gallery's focus is on diversity and qualitative, original art from Norway and the rest of the world. Here you will find ceramics, original graphics, painting and sculpture. The styles in the gallery range from classical figurative to modern non-figurative art.
Every first Saturday of the month, there is the opening of the month's solo exhibition. Here you will find everything from established national and international artists to young artists particularly skilled with an exciting future ahead of them.
